Today we decided to take our first long car trip with JJ. We travelled to Newcastle to visit cousins. The car trip was okay once he finally got to sleep. Note for the future: Mummy and Daddy should stop talking until JJ is asleep otherwise he just can't drift off.
JJ was very spoilt when we got there. He opened his first Christmas present and just loved the paper and ribbon.
The cardboard that held his little train was wonderful fun too. He is much more interested in the train a few weeks later.
Great Aunt S gave him the most beautiful Christmas ornament.
